Usage
pickpocket <target>
Low level thieves can learn to pick the pockets of other targets. All kinds of interesting things may be found - typically money, but occasionally rings, magic items, and other stuff can be 'liberated' from others.
This skill also carries a relatively low penalty for getting caught, and charisma can help you talk your way out of trouble if you do get caught. Be careful around guards!
