Usage

• cast flamestrike <target>

'Flamestrike' is a mid-level offensive fire spell, where the caster calls upon his or her deity to strike down the opponent with fire. Unlike the cleric inflict spells, it can be cast from a distance.

Flamestrike interacts with most of the cleric curses to create curious side effects. These range from the gases of noxious cloud igniting to do extra breath damage to curses of the body causing targets to lose their footing to curses of the mind ripping into a target's mana reserves.

Some of the more potent interactions may end the triggering curse.

If the target has a cleric curse applied, flamestrike may interact with it to apply various effects:

• Clumsiness, Weakness, Lethargy: Chance to knock down the target
• Faerie Fire: Has a chance to set the target on fire
• Feeble Mind, Forgetfulness: Damages target mana
• Noxious Cloud: Deals extra breath damage
• Confusion: [need info]

• Despair: [need info]
• Leadfoot: [need info]

Note: some interactions end the curse.
