This passive warrior skill triggers when you see a group member die (players only, mobs will not trigger it.) It serves to greatly boost the strength of berserker rage for a short period of time after the death - berserkers are at their most lethal when also looking for revenge!
It also serves to make the berserker even more vulnerable than usual, though often this hardly matters.
