This quest is given by the apothecary in vemarken once Gathered a few items for an apothecary in Vemarken has been completed.

Steps

1. Head east out of vemarken
2. Follow the road east through the country until you get to Hildabrad
3. Find the town square of Hildabrad (2s 2e 2s 3e s from barn path)
4. Give bag of goodies to dinger
   

Story

An apothecary says, 'I have one other task for you. I need you to bring
this goody bag to my nephew in the village of Hildabrad. His name is
Dinger and he is normally hanging around the town square. To reach the
village head out of my shop and head all east and north, look for a sign
which will give more directions. If you get lost use the nearby command
it's very useful. Thanks and have a good trip.'
An apothecary gives you a bag of goodies. 
You receive a bag of goodies.

You give a bag of goodies to Dinger.
Dinger says, 'Wow for me? Oh yum all kinds of goodies from my aunt.
If your looking for more work come back and talk to me.' 
Dinger starts snacking on his goodies.
