Get out of death free card

Get out of death free cards work similarly to pray for the dying in that they instantly transport a player to their chosen waypoint just before they are about to die, thus saving them from certain death. Cards can only be obtained through the daily gift system and can't be transferred or sold. They remain with the character until activated.
