Rotting sphere is a powerful necromancer spell that sends a rather unpleasant mass of ethereal mouths to bite the target, scouring it with poison. Therefore, it affects larger targets more.

tips
- If you are on the receiving end of rotting sphere, wear poison and spell save, or get small, as the spirits will have less of a target to bite.
- Rotting sphere has a rather high amount of lag attached to it. If you are planning to blast a mob with rotting sphere, attempt to find a faster spell before resorting to it. You may find that you need to do something more important but are delayed because you are still casting the sphere. At least use haste to lessen the lag somewhat, if at all practical.
