Shopkeeper's are mobs that characters can potentially buy and sell items from. There are a wide number shops and shopkeepers scattered all around the world, as would be expected, they typically tend to be more prevalent around inhabited areas, such as towns and cities.
Specialist shopkeepers
Some shopkeepers might specialize and sell mainly one type of item e.g. an alchemist might sell mostly spell components, with the odd herb or liquid container for brewing. The types of items shopkeepers commonly specialize in are:-
Commands
- where shop - to find and list shops in an area.
- list - to list what a shopkeeper has for sale. See Search Switch for details
- buy <item> - to buy something from a shopkeeper.
- sell <item> - to sell something to a shopkeeper.
- value <item> - to estimate how much a shopkeeper will pay for an item.
- shoplift <item> - to attempt to steal something from a shopkeeper.
