Solved the riddle of the foaming fountain

This quest is given out by the old man in Vemarken once the quest Returned a lost memento to an old man

has been completed.

Steps

1. Find the archway which is the entrance to the hidden garden (4w 2n nw n w n)
2. Type enter archway
3. Locate the fountain within the garden (e 2n w 2n)
4. Look at the fountain, to discover it's secret.
5. Go and tell the old man, what you have found.
6. Talk to the wizard's apprentice to find out who put the soap in the fountain (nw u)
7. Return to the old man and talk to him, to tell him that you have solved the mystery.
   

Story

An old man says, 'Oh, I have another quest for you. There is a fountain in
the small garden just outside of town. If you head north from outside the
bank, keep going till you can head northwest then follow that path around
to a cave search in that area for the way into the garden. Take a look at
the fountain and see if you can figure out why it is foaming.'

This fountain must have once been beautiful, but, as with the rest of the
garden, it has gone untended and nearly forgotten. Although the basin is
still in decent shape and appears to be full of water.
Looking in the fountain you realize that what you first took as murky
water isn't really murky water - some trickster has dumped a load of
foaming bubbles into the fountain!
Now that you know why the fountain is foaming, it's time to return and
let the old man know.
It is half full of a golden liquid. (infinite capacity, 50% full)

An old man says, 'Hmm- Soap in the fountain. Please go about town and talk
to everyone and see if you can find out who did it.'

A wizard's apprentice says, 'Umm- Well- I was kinda practicing my magic
and err something went wrong. Soap started flying into the fountain. I am
truly sorry. Please go and apologize to the old man for me and tell them
I will not do it again'

An old man tells you, 'The wizard's apprentice you say? She should know
better than practicing her magic without her master around. I hope she
has learned a lesson. Thanks for solving the riddle of the fountain.'
