Usage
enchant <object> silence <soulstone>
The 'silence' enchanting ritual allows a necromancer to bind a black soulstone to an item to silence it. The freed soul covers most normal noises, as well as either masking or consuming enchantments which generate noise. Some items may be too heavily enchanted to be silenced.
Gold is required in addition to the soulstone.
This enchantment is permanent.
