Usage
forge enhance reinforce <armor>
The 'reinforce armor' skill allows a high level crafter to reinforce and strengthen a piece of armor, raising its AC-apply value. Each reinforcement raises the AC value by one point.
This enhancement must be done at a forge and has a gold cost based on the the AC value of the armor and its base cost. It also costs profession points. You can preview the cost by adding the '-estimate' tag after the name of the armor.
