Usage
cast lightning flash
'Lightning flash' is a mid level electricity spell. Upon casting, an extremely bright flash of lightning appears above the target that lasts just long enough for the target to look around and scan the area. As a side effect, nearby creatures may be attracted to the light, and those in the immediate area may be temporarily blinded.
