Usage
cast haste <target>
The 'haste' spell infuses the target with electrical fields that speed their up their reactions and reflexes. Subjects of the haste spell will attack more quickly than normally, but along with its benefits come significant drawbacks. Hasted creatures are more easily stunned in battle, and they cannot sleep while under the duration of the spell. Players can craft more quickly, but their ability to produce higher quality items is diminished.
