- Find and kill the mugwump in the Polliwog Swamp which can be found in the cave below the swamp guarded by Newt Gingrich
- Pick up the corpse of the mugwump
- Give the corpse to the retired hunter in the Village of Stillwater (e 2n 3e s of the village waypoint)
