Forced unique equipment will always load as unique and can be anywhere from useless junk to significantly more powerful than you'd normally find in the area they're found. Forced uniques are also notable in that they don't simply roll with random stats and quality they also can roll with RARE or ARTIFACT, further increasing their range of stats. These rare items can be useful to farm interesting stats that aren't usually built onto an item or as bases for Reforging
