Aggressive (short form Aggro) mob is a term used to describe a mob with a level of aggression, in that it is capable of initiating combat. The opposite is a passive mob which will only attack if attacked first. The more aggro a mob is the more likely it is to attack a player.
Types
Following are the types of aggro mobs from least aggressive to aggressive on sight.
Dispel Aggro
Dispel-aggro mobs will attack if you attempt to dispel them. However if they have null magic resistance, and your dispel fails utterly, they will not attack.
Sleep Aggro
Mobs that will attack if you lower your guard by sleeping. Resting is usually okay though.
memory aggro
Some mobs will remember that you began fighting them, and will attack you once you reenter a room that you left or that a mob enters. Other mobs are able to spread the word that you attacked them, which can cause an entire city of mobs to recognize and attack you in the worst of cases.
