How to access
- obtain an unmarked ticket from Arlana the pawnbroker in the Ralnoth Pawnshop
- go below the Pawnshop and head south
- give the ticket to Stella in exchange for a namebadge, note entering the tournament requires a registration ticket which can be obtained from Stella also.
