Again, these items are nearly identical. Is that ANTI_GOOD and 1 less AC really worth _60_ levels?
Or is the level 27 version just old? If the level of an item, its rarity flag, and the improvement
label can't be used to determine the relative power of the item what is their purpose?

The mask of an assassin has not much room for improvement.


For weapons I've heard the argument that well, the weapon and str requirement really determine its power,
that's why some weapons are better at earlier levels. Here we have a level _30_ stabber. It's obviously a
stabber, it only DR, thiefslev, and dex. It requires _30_ strength, that's massive for a thief weapon.
Next we have a level _17_ item, so over a 70 level difference. The lvl 30 version has 2 extra dex and 5
DR, is that worth 70 levels? Arguably the speed is having an impact too but it's a stabbing weapon, speed
doesn't matter.
