A get out of death free card works like a guaranteed version of the clerical spell Prayer for the Dying, instantly transporting a player to their recall site just before they are about to die, thus saving them from certain death. Cards can only be obtained through the daily gift system and can't be transferred or sold. They remain with the character indefinitely until activated.
