Steps

  1. Find and kill the mugwump in the Polliwog Swamp which can be found in the cave below the swamp guarded by Newt Gingrich
  2. Pick up the corpse of the mugwump
  3. Give the corpse to the retired hunter in the Village of Stillwater (e 2n 3e s of the village waypoint)
